- Wash and clean the chicken pieces. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Marinade the meat for 3 hours or overnight with dark and light soy sauce, ground white pepper, sesame oil and honey. Option: you can also add a dash of Shao Shing wine.
- Grill the chicken for about 20 minutes or until cooked.
