Ashcrofts in Blackheath, Blue Mountains

I have wanted to post these photos for ages. Here are photos from an evening meal I had at a lovely restaurant called "Ashcrofts" in Blackheath, Blue Mountains, NSW.
The 1st course was a soft shell crab in a light beer batter with a mirin, sweet chilli and coriander dipping sauce, followed with seafood green curry, finishing with a Vanilla Bean Custard with Spun Toffee for dessert.
It was a relaxing weekend with girlfriends, no children, just four ladies catching up, reading, relaxing in front of the fire and sleeping in.....bliss...

  2. Thank you for the compliments. I enjoy cooking for my family and friends. Can be challenging with two girls, I am sure you can relate to that. Your girls are so sweet!
