Beef Stroganoff

I tried another pack of Maggi Cook in a Pot today - Beef Stroganoff. The recipe is easy to whip up for dinner especially on a weeknight. Easy to cook, I used beef eye fillet instead, much more tender and easier for my girls to chew and eat. I serve the stroganoff with rice. Girls loved it.
