Butter Prawns

We had this dish at our CNY reunion dinner at the restaurant. Elin also cooked this dish for her CNY reunion dinner. My 1st attempt. Taste was good but it was a challenge to get the egg threads crispy. Have to try making this again to improve.

The curry leaves are from our garden.
