Hazelnut and Fruit Torte
Another recipe from September 2010's issue of Delicious magazine. This time is a recipe by Poh, the 2nd finalist from Masterchef 2009. Poh is a fellow Malaysian who resides in Adelaide. Besides writing for Delicious magazine, Poh also has her own cooking show on ABC - Poh's Kitchen.
This dessert taste fantastic! It looks like a work of art. I love the hazelnut meal in the egg white meringue, gives it a crunchy bite.
