Curry Laksa

In Sydney, there are many Malaysian restaurants or take-away places which serves curry laksa. There are some good ones but of course, none can compare to home-cooked curry laksa. I cooked this Malaysian dish a while back, just found the photos in my collection. Sometimes I use my home-made chilli paste or Tean's Curry Laksa paste. The mint leaves are from our herb garden.
