Baking for Chinese New Year - Update

I have made a start with my baking for CNY since my post last week. I tried making my 1st batch of the peanut cookies last night. It's slightly burnt as you can see from the photo below. I'm going to make another batch, hopeful for a better photo then.

I also made the pineapple jam today in preparation to make the pineapple jam tarts next weekend.
