I am glad to have a foodie friend at work, D. We are always discussing food and restaurants to try. One day, D shared this Buttermilk Fried Chicken recipe with me. I could almost taste the crunchiness of the fried chicken as I gazed at the photo. I usually don't like to deep-fry at home because of the huge amount of oil needed and the splatter and mess as well. But this recipe was hard to resist. I pass the recipe to hubby (I am good like that, finding recipes and asking hubby to try) who gave it a go on the weekend. The tasty and crunchy fried chicken was served with coleslaw and chips.
