Seri Muka - 2nd Attempt

I decided I wanted to make this kueh again after my dissatisfaction with my first attempt here. Not that the taste was bad the first time, but the top layer was not smooth and the bottom layer was too firm.

    The kueh has a nice colour and it looks nice. Are you happier with it second time around?
