Lemon and Pistachio Cake

On the 21 August 2010, Australia held an election to vote for a new Federal Government.  Whilst watching the commentary on tv and also waiting for the results, I decided to make a cake.

Here's another recipe from my favourite magazine, Delicious. Each month when the magazine arrives, I will go through it and place post-it notes on recipes that I want to try. This new recipe is from the September 2010's issue. It's a recipe by Belinda Jeffrey in a Greek series.
