Made a simple dinner on Sunday night using Ding's Pad Thai paste. I cooked it the same way as frying Char Koay Teow; individual plates at a time. It's makes a difference to the taste.
I do love a good pad thai though I've never tried re-creating it at home.
PS: I'd like to invite to join the Bosisto's giveaway at my blog, I have 4 lavender packs up for grabs here: http://www.underlockandkeyblog.com/2012/10/bosistos-lavender-giveaway.html
It sure looks nice. I must try it out myself and get the paste from Ding's.
