If you've been reading my blog since last year, you'll know that each birthday, my hubby requests that I make him a pavlova as his birthday cake. Read here.This year, I made him mini pavlovas. I really don't know why he loves pavlovas so much. To me, it's basically egg whites and sugar served with fresh whipped cream and fruits. Strawberries have been particularly these last few weeks and quite cheap too. A$10.00 for 4 punnets of large juicy strawberries.
