I also made these sausage rolls over the weekend. I love to make these rolls because I can add grated vegetables in them and my girls will not know.
I wrapped the unbaked rolls individually with plastic wrap (glad wrap) and kept them in the freezer. The night before, I took them out from the freezer and placed them in the fridge. All I had to the next day was to brush with egg wash and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 140-160C.
